Swedish

Classic massage using massaging oils and strokes to loosen muscle “knots” and release tension within the body.

Hot Stone

Beginning the session with a Swedish massage to first loosen the muscles, it transitions to the use of 120° – 150° stones for deeper muscle relaxation, the Therapist will either place the stones on the body or use them as an extension of her own hands.

Thai

Assisted yoga-like massage where the Therapist holds the individual’s body in specific positions in order to stretch and massage muscles.

Sport

Massage therapy focusing on kneading and manipulating muscles, mobilizing and manipulating joints in order to enhance endurance, lesson chance of injury, and shorten recovery time. Typically used on highly athletic individuals.

Deep Tissue

Massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues in a healing manner.

Shiatzu

Translating to “finger pressure” massage, Shiatzu uses finger and palm pressure on specific points of the body to relieve tension and pain.
